Beckley Point ist unser modernes Studentenwohnheim in Plymouth, das 2017 zum ersten Mal eröffnet wurde.
Die University of Plymouth und das Plymouth College of Art liegen praktisch auf der anderen Straßenseite von Beckley Point, so dass die Anreise zur Uni ganz einfach ist!
Das Studentenwohnheim Beckley Point bietet ein komfortables und stilvolles Leben mit einer Reihe von Optionen, darunter stilvolle Studios mit eigenem Bad, Wohnungen mit einem oder zwei Schlafzimmern und ein Penthouse. Du kannst ganz nach deinen Bedürfnissen wählen. Alle Rechnungen sind in der Miete enthalten, was die Budgetplanung erleichtert.
Sozial und spaßig
Du profitierst von Einrichtungen wie High-Speed-WLAN, einer Waschküche vor Ort und einem Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem du dich mit deinen Freunden treffen und mit anderen Bewohnern austauschen kannst.
Das Haus wird rund um die Uhr bewacht, um Sicherheitsproblemen vorzubeugen, und verfügt über einen sicheren Fahrradraum.

Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Cancellation Policy. Bookings made prior to 1 June 2021 If you sign your Tenancy Agreement prior to 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 1 June 2021. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made.
Bookings made on or after 1 June 2021 If you sign your Tenancy Agreement on or after 1 June 2021 and you have not collected the keys to your Room, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1st January 2022
If you sign a Tenancy Agreement for a semester 2 or 3 beginning after the 1st January 2022, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, with no penalty up until 15 November 2021 or 8 weeks before the start of your agreement whichever is the shortest. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. If you have not collected your key you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your Tenancy Agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”).
During the cancellation period, you may cancel your Tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your Tenancy and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of Rent you may have made. Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period Outside the Cooling-Off Period, you may request to cancel your Tenancy, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property. However, you will remain liable for the Rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visa If you are not successful in being awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter; and You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office.
One less worry if you don’t receive your grades This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen University, then don’t worry, we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your Tenancy Agreement provided the following criteria are met: You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the Residence Manager at the Property, before 25 August 2021; and
You provide the Residence Manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or UCAS. Once we have your request, we will confirm receipt and refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other rent payments you may have made.

Wenn du Lust auf ein gutes Essen hast, kannst du ins Positano gehen, das nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt ist.

Wir nehmen keine Kaution für unsere Studentenwohnungen. Stattdessen musst du eine Mietvorauszahlung leisten, die mit deiner zweiten Mietzahlung verrechnet wird.
Wenn du außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anreisen musst, informiere bitte dein Wohnheimteam so früh wie möglich, damit wir dir helfen können.

Wenn du einen Mietvertrag für ein 2. oder 3. Semester unterschreibst, das nach dem 1. Januar 2022 beginnt, kannst du deinen Mietvertrag bis zum 15. November 2021 oder 8 Wochen vor Vertragsbeginn, je nachdem, welcher Zeitraum kürzer ist, schriftlich oder per E-Mail an den Wohnheimleiter kündigen, ohne dass eine Vertragsstrafe anfällt. Sobald wir eine solche Kündigung erhalten haben, bestätigen wir den Erhalt, kündigen deinen Mietvertrag und erstatten dir deine Mietvorauszahlung von £250,00 sowie alle anderen von dir geleisteten Mietzahlungen.
